Senior Engineer, RD Material Engineering (m/w/d)

What we expect

-Phosphor steering DOE, data analysis, create STDB, setup Mixzpp and SCC to fulfill target bin requirement including color, CRI, brightness and yield.

-Develop new conversion materials with suppliers for product performance improvement in addition to qualify alternative material sources to improve product cost efficiency and supply risk mitigation.

-Participate in new product development as a material in addition to support project leader for conversion material trouble shooting.
