What we expect

• Knowledge and hand on experience on Die Attach Machine especially DA Brand ASMPT- Operation / Setup/ Conversion / Recipe creation & Repair
• Maintain 5S for machine and working environment
• Maintain machine and working environment ready for audit
• Support improvement project
