Working Student (f/m/d) in S4E Organizational Change Management (OCM) (m/w/d)

How You'll Make an Impact

• Support in communication and change activities
• Assistance with analysis and documentation of change impacts
• Assistance within change agent network
• Support for development and maintenance of onboarding material as well as OCM SharePoint/Intranet page

What You Bring

• Enrollment as a student in the third semester or higher in business administration, communication, or a related field, with availability for support of 15-20 hours per week
• Initial practical experience with agile project methodology and change management
• Solution orientation, people orientation, strong communication skills, and enjoyment of working in international teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially SharePoint and PowerPoint.
• Basic understanding of SAP S4HANA as an advantage
• Fluency in English as a requirement; proficiency in German as desirable but not mandatory
