Our team consists of: Customer Service EMEA, Supply Chain Planning, Network Optimization Lead and the European Distribution Centre (EDC). Working closely with the Customer Service Supervisor to implement strategic initiatives Analyzing and optimizing customer service processes Actively shaping change processes and projects Passion for customer service and corporate goals Professional experience in customer service or a comparable position is required SAP knowledge is desirable Very good Excel and MS Office skills are essential Very good German and English skills are a basic requirement Personal and professional development Hybrid working style
