A Snapshot of Your Day
As Global Head Principal Cybersecurity Officers, you play a critical role in leading, motivating and developing a global team who ensure Siemens Energy cybersecurity resilience holistically in various SE business units and functions. You possess a deep understanding of your senior partners' unique cybersecurity needs and work diligently to develop and implement customized strategies that align with their business objectives. Through your leadership and expertise, you help ensure the security and integrity of your organization's most valuable assets.
How You'll Make an Impact

• You lead, motivate and develop a distributed team of approximately 10 employees who support Siemens Energy to build up cybersecurity strategies for SE business units and functions.
• You build trustful relationships and are a reliable partner to key stakeholders
• You understand your partners' business needs for Cybersecurity, develop customized strategies and drive the implementation, using an agile organization.
• You continuously drive innovation of cyber service offerings and create the future.
• You are a passionate ambassador cybersecurity and represent all aspects of Cybersecurity inside and outside the organization, e.g., customer meetings, conferences, workshops, etc.

What You Bring

• University degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Cybersecurity or a related field.
• Proven track record in Cybersecurity and/or Information Technology, with experience across various functions and businesses.
• Passionate about leading, coaching, and developing teams, with a good understanding of risk identification and management with key collaborators.
• Experienced in enabling collaboration in global networks with multiple partners, with skills in lateral leadership and agile methodologies.
• Role model of inclusivity, fostering a culture of belonging within SE Cybersecurity.
• Curious learner and excellent communicator, fluent in English (additional language skills are a plus), eager to develop yourself and innovate the organization.
