As the Actuals Reporting & Analysis Manager (m/f/d) in the area of Global Supply Chain Finance Planning and Reporting, you will: Support HQ-level (Headquarters-level) month-end closing activities, ensuring accurate OCC (Operating Company Contribution) categorization in the global P&L. Perform post-closing checks after global material ledger closure. Support GSC (Global Supply Chain) actual financial reporting by maintaining close communication with factories, offering guidance, and ensuring data accuracy in FM (Factory Market). Assist in FM system maintenance and training material updates. Act as a backup to the GSC Finance Product Cost Director in preparing analysis for monthly actuals decks and CFO brief submissions. Provide analytical insights to support decision-making on product costing policies and long-term strategy development. Assist in global SAP product costing configuration, including analysis of new requirements, ad-hoc requests, and coordination of testing activities. Consolidate and analyze monthly RRP (Reduced Risk Products) carve-outs, restatements, and submissions to GPM (Global Performance Management). Educational Background - Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business Administration (preferred). Technical Expertise - Solid working knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP S/4HANA, FM, and GPM). Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
