Your role:
As a Director, ERP Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in our business transformation program utilizing HANA technologies. We are seeking an individual with a strong understanding of change and transformation management approaches, particularly in S/4HANA modules such as SD and MM, to drive the growth of our initiatives and enhance service levels for our customers. You will lead end, PP, and FI, as well as systems like forward. Join us in shaping the future of our supply GTS and Ariba. You have proven expertise in project management methods,-end-to-end SAP projects, ensuring they align with our business objectives and stakeholder requirements, including SAP Activate and Agile methodologies. You demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving. Your expertise will guide multi-disciplinary process teams through the complexities of large-scale SAP programs, ensuring solution readiness and effective integration. You will develop and execute project plans while managing timelines, deliverables, and risks.-solving skills. You have excellent stakeholder management. Your leadership will facilitate project meetings, providing status updates and gathering valuable feedback from stakeholders. You will ensure compliance skills, enabling you to effectively engage with various teams. with industry standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle. Who you are:

• You hold a bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• You have 10+ years of experience in SAP project management methods and SAP Activate and Agile methodologies.
• You demonstrate excellent management, particularly in business transformation programs.
• You possess knowledge and experience in leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• key processes such as Order to Cash, Forecast to Plan. You possess strong stakeholder management skills. Plan to Produce, and Purchase to Pay.
• You are experienced in SAP S/4HANA modules, including SD, MM, PP, FI, CO, EHS, EWM, and systems like GTS, MDG, GRC, Ariba, and Concur.
• You have proven expertise in general project management methods and SAP Activate and Agile methodologies, as well you have a strong understanding of SAP BTP, MDG, and GTS.
• You demonstrate excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
