Product Owner (d/f/m) AIRBUS (m/w/d)

As a Product Owner (d/f/m) at Airbus, you will play a pivotal role in Hamburg Finkenwerder, guiding the successful execution of large-scale initiatives. This position requires deep expertise and proactive leadership in ensuring specifications are delivered accurately and punctually while fostering collaboration among stakeholders. Responsibilities include:

• Providing all required input to the product owner to facilitate seamless project execution.
• Planning activities to deliver specifications on time and guiding stakeholder engagement.
• Launching activities to create specifications with BSD experts and translating them into actionable user stories.
• Organizing validation processes for developed KPIs and dashboards within myStep dashboard development.
• Adjusting and documenting scope evolution while resolving blocking points effectively.
• Communicating with stakeholders on both operational and steering levels, including presentations and prioritization meetings.

• A Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or Economics.
• 4 years of experience in aerospace and 3 years in project management roles.
• Proficiency in German and fluency in English, with negotiation-level capabilities.
• Skilled in using Google Workspace for project coordination and communication.
• Proven ability to navigate diverse international teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and a proactive attitude, ensuring seamless project execution.
