High Voltage Technician (f/m/d) - Offshore Wind (m/w/d)

A Snapshot of Your Day
As an Offshore High Voltage Technician (f/m/d), you will be responsible for the HV installation and commissioning of wind turbine projects, adhering to safety guidelines, project requirements, corporate methods, and industry standards. We are seeking candidates based in Germany, with deployments worldwide (UK, EU, Asia and APAC) following a shift pattern of 2:2, 3:3, or 4:4, as per business' requirement. Flexibility in travel and working away from home is essential. This role offers variety, learning, and development opportunities within a supportive team culture. SGRE will train candidates to become HV specialists, though prior offshore or wind turbine experience is preferred.
How You'll Make an Impact

• Engagement in all project execution environments, including pre-assembly, installation, and commissioning
• Execution of HV cable pulling, electrical fitting, terminations, testing, commissioning, and energization of wind turbines
• Adherence to health and safety standards and promotion of a safety culture
• Maintenance of accurate records and documentation of work activities
• Delivery of consistently high-quality products
• Training, mentoring, and knowledge sharing with trainees and colleagues once fully trained

What You Bring

• Electrically skilled with appropriate industry training and qualifications (e.g., completed vocational training as Elektriker, Meister or Techniker (w/m/d))
• Several years of electrical experience, preferably with medium-high voltage systems.
• Strong health and safety focus; Confidence to work at height.
• Readiness to work in 2:2, 3:3, or 4:4 rotation and to travel internationally to sites.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact at different organizational levels.
• Driver's license.
• Relevant electrical offshore and/or wind industry experience as well as related trainings (Offshore Medical, GWOs, and HV) are highly beneficial.
• Very good command of English
