Looking to be part of a high-profile international corporate event?Explore on Tour 2025 is a prestigious roadshow bringing together international delegates, sponsors, and partners for talks.

Event Dates: November 10-14, 2025 Location: Sheraton Frankfurt Airport Hotel Rate: €17/hour

Welcome and assist delegates with a friendly, professional attitude. Manage guest registration, distribute event materials, and provide information on schedules and locations. Support with wayfinding and direct guests between airport terminals, hotel, and meeting spaces. Assist with breakout rooms, cloakroom, and lounge areas. Represent the Explore on Tour brand with enthusiasm and professionalism. Attend a short virtual training session prior to the event.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)

Well-presented, reliable, and confident engaging with international guests

Previous hospitality, events, or customer-facing experience preferred

Able to stand and move for extended periods
