Specialist Operative Order Processing (m/f/d)

TASK

• You are responsible for creating and following up on quotations for service calls, repairs and spare parts
• You enter orders in SAP and create documents such as delivery bills and invoices
• You ensure communication with the customer (by telephone and email)
• You take over the entire customs clearance of the goods
• You work closely with the internal interfaces, such as Order Management and Logistics

PROFIL

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or have comparable skills and knowledge acquired in practice
• You have gained initial professional experience in a commercial, customer-oriented area in an industrial environment
• You are service-oriented, enjoy working in a team and convince with a structured and analytical way of working and have good communication skills
• Fluent written and spoken English is essential in an international environment, other foreign languages are an advantage
