As an intern you will acquire an in-depth insight into divisional sourcing for IT Infrastructure for products and external customers. You will learn about standardization and bundling of IT demands, professional evaluation and development of our suppliers and strategic development of the Airbus Supplier landscape.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Assisting in the identification and gathering of purchasing potentials.
  
• Support and launch RFI/RFP events (via the Airbus DS procurement tool) and follow up the ordering process.
  
• Preparation of negotiation results and supplier proposals.
  
• Assisting in the creation of the respective commodity- and supplier strategies.
  
• Special tasks. e.g. project tasks to support team leaders.
  

Desired skills and qualifications

• Enrolled full time student (d/f/m) within Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering or similar field of study
  
• Very good Google Workspace and MS Office knowledge
  
• Discretion mandatory - strong focus on accuracy
  
• Fluency in English is mandatory
  
• German / French / Spanish would be a plus
