In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative SAP Variant Configuration solutions to ensure seamless business processes and high-quality master data across our international operations.

Your role

• optimize business processes: Model and implement requirements in SAP Variant Configuration (LO-VC and AVC)
• drive system integration: Visualize and streamline data flows between SAP ERP, SAP CRM, and other integrated systems
• collaborate across functions: Work closely with international business units and the central master data team to gather requirements and design tailored solutions
• ensure data quality: Analyze and resolve global master data inconsistencies across all IMT organizations
• set global standards: Define and implement Master Data Management guidelines and ensure compliance within Variant Configuration processes
• enable users worldwide: Provide global support and training for end users in Master Data and SAP Variant Configuration

Your profile

• a degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a comparable qualification
• solid expertise in SAP Variant Configuration (LO-VC, AVC), ideally combined with knowledge of SAP SD processes
• strong analytical skills and a passion for solving complex challenges in data modeling and integration
• initial experience with SAP S/4HANA is an advantage
• very good command of English, additional languages are a plus
