As a Process Expert in Hot Forming, you will play a key role in shaping and harmonizing global hot forming processes for ampoules, cartridges, and vials. You will act as a technical authority, trainer, and primary contact for our international production sites.

Your Contribution

Knowledge Management and Standardization

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge based on hot forming
• Foster knowledge sharing and collaboration across the organization
• Define, develop, and implement harmonized global process standards
• Create and maintain detailed documentation specific to products and processes
• Identify, evaluate, and promote technical innovations and best practices

Technical Support, Training and Qualification

• Design and implement global qualification and training programs
• Support production sites in stabilizing, optimizing and standardizing processes
• Conduct technical process assessments at various production sites
• Deliver remote and on-site training sessions combining theory with hands-on practice

Project Work and Development

• Support and contribute significantly to process trials and validations in production settings
• Apply your expertise actively in development and research projects

Networking and Exchange

• Organize and facilitate global expert meetings
• Drive and coordinate global knowledge exchange initiatives in hot forming

Your Profile

• Extensive experience and deep expertise in hot forming for ampoules, cartridges, and/or vials
  
• Strong background in process analysis, standardization and documentation
  
• Excellent communication, training and facilitation skills
  
• Collaborative, team-oriented and cross-functional mindset
  
• Intercultural competence and ability to perform in international teams
  
• Willingness to travel internationally
  
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  
• Additional language skills are an asset
