Your Role

• Be part of a dynamic, intercultural, interdisciplinary and international team, supporting ongoing projects and initiatives

• Work on a varied mix of operational, tactical and strategic tasks in the area of global supply chain transformation

• Actively contribute to our mission of serving customers globally, supported by a motivated and experienced team

• Bring in your personality, curiosity and flexibility while learning and growing on the job

• Help prepare presentations for project workshops and support business process documentation to gain a deeper understanding of supply chain, logistics and cross-functional collaboration

• Support global communication standards by organizing and hosting international calls and workshops across different time zones, as well as contributing to clear and professional written communication

• Take ownership of your own tasks or smaller initiatives, with guidance from an experienced project manager

We are looking for you to join us starting in September 2026 for a period of 4 to 6 months:

• You are currently studying Business Administration, Business Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science or a related field; ideally, you have already completed your bachelor's degree

• You have achieved strong academic results, preferably with a focus on supply chain management, logistics, IT or related topics

• You have gained initial practical experience in one of the above-mentioned areas, ideally in an industrial environment or consulting

• You have advanced skills in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel, SharePoint Online and MS Teams, a basic understanding of MS Power BI and Visio are a plus

• You enjoy getting things done and bring analytical thinking, organizational skills and clear communication

• You communicate confidently in business English; additional languages are a bonus
