Become part of our team and shape a future in which clear vision and professional success go hand in hand - united at an award-winning Great Place to Work®.    Analyze (regional/segment-specific) business requirements towards the global template SAP S/4HANA system in local fit-gap analyses under leadership of deputy/hub process owners Steer the modification of end-to-end business processes (including process modeling) to meet FIT4 targets of harmonization and standardization and coordinate with entity business experts on preparatory efforts, like data cleansing. process modelling) towards FIT4 goals of harmonization & standardization and liaise with entity business experts on preparatory work, e.g., data cleansing Define and execute the Cut-Over strategy with a focus on data migration and roles setup and ensure a smooth transition Design, own test cases and conduct functional end-to-end tests in the SAP S/4HANA system Actively contribute to the roll-in of assigned roll-in projects in a region (mainly within a segment, and, if deemed necessary by regional hub-lead, also across SBUs/segments) You are an incremental part of a global project enabling business success and making ZEISS fit for the future by establishing harmonized and standardized best practice processes. Understanding of ERP systems, specifically SAP S/4HANA, with an emphasis on FI/CO Established history of overseeing complex projects in major international firms and with various stakeholders Excellent communication skills Exceptional English communication skills, both spoken and written; familiarity with German or other languages is a bonus.
