 Your Role 
-  Analyze (regional/segment-specific) business requirements towards the global template SAP S/4HANA system in local fit-gap analyses under leadership of deputy/hub process owners 
-  Drive adaptation of end-to-end business processes (incl. process modelling) towards FIT4 goals of harmonization & standardization and liaise with entity business experts on preparatory work, e.g., data cleansing 
-  Develop process maps and process models to illustrate adapted business processes Define and execute the Cut-Over strategy with a focus on data migration and roles setup and ensure a smooth transition 
-  Design and own test cases and conduct functional end-to-end tests in the SAP S/4HANA system 
-  Actively contribute to the roll-in of assigned roll-in projects in a region (mainly within a segment, and, if deemed necessary by regional hub-lead, also across SBUs/segments) 
-  Under coordination of the training lead, help with the creation of training material and, if required, end user training 
 Your Profile 
-  Relevant professional experience in digital project management and change management 
-  Good understanding of the end-to-end business processes for lead to cash & service to customer 
-  Knowledge of ERP-Systems, especially for SAP S/4 with a focus on SD 
-  Experience with business requirements analysis and business processes modelling 
-  Proven track record in handling complex projects within larger international companies and various stakeholders 
-  Conceptual, results-oriented working style with an attention to detail and strong communication skills 
-  Excellent verbal and written English skills, German or other language skills are a plus
