• Revitalize & Improve: Review and refresh existing air freight export workflows to keep our service truly best-in-class.
• Keep the Standard High: Build on the strong foundation already in place and ensure our excellent reputation with customers and global partners continues to shine.
• Smart Carrier Procurement: Develop and maintain strong partnerships with airlines and GSAs to secure competitive rates and reliable capacity.
• Own the Operation: Manage export shipments end-to-end and act as the operational and technical backbone of the department.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on air freight forwarding experience with a strong command of the full export lifecycle.
• Language Skills: Fluent English for global communication is essential; German is a strong advantage for developing trade lanes.
• Technical Expertise: Solid command of booking processes, HAWB/MAWB issuance, TSA/IATA compliance, and airline rate negotiation.
• Mindset: A customer-focused team player with the independence to lead a department and the vision to continuously refine and improve operational workflows.
