Senior Launch Manager (m/f/d)

In this role, you will drive end-to-end launch preparation and execution across regions and functions, ensuring speed, quality, and commercial readiness. You will operate at the intersection of development, supply chain, regulatory, and commercial functions, enabling disciplined launches in a complex global matrix. Your Tasks

• Lead cross-functional and multi-regional launch teams from launch preparation kickoff through first sales
• Drive global launch preparation within development projects and market rollouts
• Plan, track, and optimize launch timelines, milestones, and readiness activities
• Identify, assess, and mitigate launch risks; escalate challenges on the critical path to governance bodies
• Ensure fact-based status reporting and decision-making in launch and governance forums
• Oversee launch KPIs, performance tracking, and post-launch reviews
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of launch processes, tools, templates, and training
• Actively collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to prioritize key market launches

Your profile

• Master’s degree in science, pharmacy, medicine, engineering, or health economics
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in launch, project, product, or supply chain management
• Experience in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, combination products, or clinical nutrition
• Strong understanding of commercialization, supply chain readiness, and market access considerations
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a global matrix without formal authority
• Fluency in English; German or Chinese is an asset
• Proficient in MS Office 365, MS Project, Visio, and SharePoint
• Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
• Resilient, execution-focused, and comfortable operating under time pressure
