Your tasks:
- Monitor and optimize supplier compliance with airworthiness requirements and standards
- Conduct supplier audits and initiate improvement plans as necessary
- Coordinate interfaces between stakeholders involved in supplier activities
- Manage supplier quality approval processes and ensure adherence to requirements
- Drive improvement projects for supplier quality performance and establish mid-term development objectives
- Oversee supplier deviations, including immediate corrective actions and root cause analysis
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams and operational teams at Airbus production locations
- Manage and monitor supplier or Airbus-initiated work transfers
- Ensure alignment with key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational efficiency targets
Your qualifications:
- At least a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Studies, Business Administration, Supply Chain Quality, or related fields
- 2 years of experience in procurement
- 3 years of experience in supplier management, supply chain, and quality assurance
- Proficient in SAP and Google Workspace tools
- Strong project management skills and knowledge of risk management
- Advanced understanding of Total Quality Management (problem-solving methodologies)
- Proficient in both German and English (business fluency)
- Ability to analyze complex processes and coordinate efficient operations
- Willingness to travel quarterly (internationally)
