- Your key responsibility will be the industrial integration of version modifications and late mandatory customer options requests.
- You will identify industrial risks or constraints and monitor deliverables versus program planning.
- You will consolidate version reallocations and ensure risk monitoring throughout the process.
- You'll support project teams, engineering teams, and stakeholders to mitigate risks while working on new developments and system enhancements.
- You will lead continuous improvement initiatives to advance processes and tools for industrial integration, contributing to rate increases and customization simplification.
- You'll participate in digitalization efforts and lean optimization projects to improve efficiency and scalability within the industrial framework.
- You will collaborate across multicultural teams and communicate with management levels internally and externally to ensure consistent delivery standards and operational excellence.
To succeed as an Industrial Integration Manager (d/m/w), you'll need a balance of technical expertise and leadership skills. This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication abilities, analytical skills, and a team-oriented approach.
- You must hold a degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- You should have 1-3 years of professional experience in configuration management, manufacturing, project management, or supply chain.
- You need to possess advanced IT knowledge, particularly in SAP ICC and Google Workspace.
- You should demonstrate fluency in English, with proficiency in German being an advantage.
- You must have strong stakeholder management abilities and multicultural awareness.
- Experience in aerospace engineering is preferred.
- High-tuned communication, presentation, and influencing skills are essential.
