Manager Compliance & Internal Control General mission and role You will be part of the company's Compliance & Internal Control department. You will support the company's Compliance Officer and the company's Senior Manager Compliance & Internal Control in the local and European wide dealing with the company's policies and regulations, the education and training of employees, the monitoring of company's and employee's activities, the identification of non-compliant behaviour and the advising on all compliance-relevant issues. Development of the existing compliance management system, including the creation and improvement of local policies, process specifications and the internal control system. Conducting compliance interviews and audits of employees and business partners in accordance with the relevant guidelines. Preparation and execution of compliance-related reporting activities. Minimum of 3-4 years' experience in the field of compliance in an international organisation. Qualification in compliance management. Experience in the planning, implementation, coordination, and supervision of a compliance management system. Achievements in education and training of employees in the field of compliance matters. Excellent communication skills and attitudes to support a multinational team. Safe handling of common MS-Office applications. High level business English skills in terms of both speaking & writing. German language skills are a plus. Japanese language skills are a plus. An inspiring and truly international working environment.
