~ Drive material cost evaluation during the RFQ phase to ensure competitive pricing for new project components
Select and nominate suppliers for new components, ensuring alignment with project timelines and quality standards
Lead and coordinate cost improvement initiatives for project-specific components in close collaboration with internal and external partners
Ensure timely supplier involvement and co-engineering during the development phase to meet cost and technical targets
Manage supplier activities throughout the project phase, including APQP and tool development coordination
Secure initial part approvals in line with project milestones and quality requirements
Collaborate closely with Category Management, R&D, and Project Management to align component sourcing with overall project objectives
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Engineering
~ Proven track record of over 3 years in the procurement and supply chain sector, with a strong emphasis on strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management
~ Adept at fostering collaborative relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers to support organizational goals and long-term partnerships
~ Project management skills to support procurement initiatives
~ Knowledge of ERP systems and digital procurement tools
~ English (business fluent, C1), German is an advantage
~ Hybrid work arrangement (40 % home office)
