Responsibilities

Ihre Aufgaben in unserem Team

• Reparatur, Wartung und Inbetriebnahmen von MSA Produkten, wie stationäre Gaswarnanlagen, Atemschutz- und Prüfgeräten, vor Ort bei Kunden aus öffentlichem Sektor und Industrie
• Erbringung qualitativ hochwertiger Dienstleistungen durch Effizienz, Kundenorientierung und technisch hochkompetente Umsetzung von Aufträgen bei unseren Kunden schwerpunktmäßig im Raum Bayern
• Unterstützung bei Vertragskalkulation und Angebotserstellung für Servicearbeiten
• Erstellen von Serviceberichten und Dokumentation der Serviceaufträge im CRM-System
• Technische Instandhaltung und Wartung von Maschinen und Anlagen sowie Arbeitsgeräten und Werkzeugen
• Durchführung von Schulungen für technisches Personal an MSA Produkten, intern und in Kundenunternehmen
• Mitarbeit in Projekten zur Verbesserung von Serviceprozessen

Qualifications

Your profile: Know-how meets experience

• Qualified technical degree in the field of electrical engineering or mechatronics
• Technical or manual experience
• Experience in the service sector is an advantage
• Preferably experience working with breathing apparatus and gas measuring equipment
• Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
• Independent, goal-oriented and structured way of working is a prerequisite
• Place of residence in the region if possible
• Flexibility for occasional multi-day trips that can be planned independently
