IT Architecture & Governance
Define, maintain, and further develop the target architecture for core enterprise systems
Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture principles, security standards, and regulatory requirements
Support IT landscape governance with a long-term strategic perspective
Integration & Solution Design
Design and oversee end-to-end integration scenarios across CRM, ERP, and related systems
Define API strategies, data models, and middleware solutions
Ensure consistency and scalability of the system architecture
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate closely with business units (e.g., Sales, Finance, HR, Operations)
Translate business requirements into robust and sustainable technical solutions
Provide guidance to senior stakeholders and project teams on architectural topics
Technology Evaluation & Platform Ownership
Take ownership of architecture decisions within core platforms
Assess and introduce new technologies (e.g., cloud, AI, automation) based on business value and feasibility
Project & Transformation Support
Lead architectural activities in international IT projects, including CRM/ERP implementations and M&A integrations
Ensure alignment with architecture standards and delivery quality across internal and external teams
Standards & Quality Assurance
Define and implement architecture standards, guidelines, and best practices
Monitor adherence to IT governance, compliance, and security requirements
7 + years of IT experience, including several years in architecture roles
Strong expertise in at least two of the following platforms: Salesforce (Sales, Service, Revenue Cloud); Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations); SAP (e.g., S/4HANA)
Proven experience in: System integration and interfaces (APIs, REST, middleware, iPaaS), Complex international IT landscapes and transformation programs and Architecture methodologies and frameworks (e.g., TOGAF is a plus)
Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes (Lead-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report)
Analytical and strategic mindset combined with a structured way of working
Confident presence when interacting with stakeholders at all levels, including top management
Fluent in English and German (minimum C1 level)
Advantageous
Certifications in Salesforce, Microsoft, or SAP
Experience with integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, Azure Integration Services, n8n)
Knowledge of cloud architectures and modern data platforms
Experience in global, matrix organizations
