For our site Diehl Aviation in Dresden (from around the 3rd quarter of 2026 in Romania) we are looking for an:

Expat Dispatcher (m/f/d) Purchasing & Logistic control

• After 6 months of training period at a German site, you'll be relocated to Craiova (Romania) as an expat and be responsible for setting up inventory control and storage management of the warehouse in a startup field.
• You control urgent goods receipts (material and buy part) – physically and SAP booking; as well, you convert planned orders into necessary orders from suppliers.
• You manage and correct booking of inventories, clarify discrepancies and errors, root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• You take care of managing purchased items / materials targeting just-in-time / quality deliveries: you manage postponements, coordinate critical delivery situations, process quality notifications and communicate with internal interfaces about the supply of material.
• You're responsible for managing recovery activities of urgent / late buy parts and providing it in an expedite process to production.

• You have completed vocational training as a freight forwarding clerk (m/f/d) or an industrial clerk (m/f/d), or you have a comparable qualification with a focus on materials management or logistics.
• Several years of practical experience in the fields of logistics or disposition with advanced skills in SAP
• Experience in the aviation industry is a plus, but not required.
• Passion and engagement for intercultural collaboration and behavior as well as a good level of written and spoken English
• Willingness to relocate to Craiova, Romania and commitment to Diehl's internationalization strategy including hands-on competence and flexibility
