Creative design: You design and develop complete women's sportswear collections from tops and leggings to jackets, bras, and dresses with a strong focus on function, fit, and design relevance.
Inspiring concepts: You create moodboards, seasonal color palettes, technical drawings, and detailed style descriptions that capture the spirit of each collection.
Full ownership: You oversee the entire design process, from first concept to final prototype, and ensure accurate documentation in our PLM/PDM system.
Perfect fit: You take part in fittings, review samples, and fine-tune every detail to achieve the desired look, feel, and functionality.
Strong collaboration: You work hand in hand with Product Development and Technical teams to guarantee best-in-class workmanship and fit.
Trend-driven creation: You keep an eye on global trends, translate insights into commercially relevant designs, and help shape our brand identity in the activewear segment.
Teamwork across functions: You collaborate closely with the Brand Director, Collection Manager, and Sourcing teams throughout the entire development cycle.
Your Educational Background: You hold a degree in Fashion Design, Sportswear Design or a comparable qualification.
Your Strengths: You have 4-6 years of professional experience in women's activewear or sportswear design, ideally with a European brand. You combine trend awareness and consumer focus with a deep understanding of fabrics, garment construction, and cost-conscious design.
Your Profile: You are proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, and familiar with PLM/PDM systems. You work independently, stay organized under pressure, and adapt easily to change. You're fluent in English, German or Dutch is a plus.
