Dealer Support and Training
Provide dealers with access to training on products, sales strategies, and company policies
Develop and implement dealer incentive programs to encourage sales growth
Work closely with OEM teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, Financial Solutions, Legal and Logistics)

Business Development & Market Expansion
Experience in Sales, Customer Support, dealer development, or business development, preferably in the road construction or mining equipment industry
Fluent in English and Russian
