Act as financial business partner to Topline and cross‐functional teams, enabling aligned, data‐driven decision‐making Provide early performance insights through robust analyses to proactively steer the business Drive continuous improvement of controlling tools, reports, and planning systems and support and initiate finance transformation Ensure timely and accurate month‐end closings for the Dairy Category, including variance and trend analysis Own and support the monthly forecasting process, delivering reliable forecasts with risks & opportunities, scenarios, and clear recommendations Über Dich Successfully completed Master's in Business Administration with focus on finance, controlling or a comparable field Several years of experience in controlling, finance and business partnering, ideally in FMCG Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel; experience with SAP desirable Strong analytical skills with a high level of accuracy, attention to detail and ability to translate numbers into clear business insights Learning‐oriented, flexible, and resilient, with an agile mindset and affinity for process improvement and optimization Highly self‐motivated with an independent working style and strong communication skills Fluent in English This position is vacant from the 1st of July 2026 and is located in our german based offices. The position is limited for 18 months.
