Business Controller (m/w/d)

As a Business Controller, you'll be at the heart of our financial operations, steering the organization's accounting functions and empowering strategic financial decisions through precise and timely reporting.

Join our leadership team and help drive financial excellence across the organization.

In this role, you will:

• Manage accounts payable, cost accounting, and financial reporting
• Build and maintain effective planning and budgeting processes
• Prepare financial and management reports with actionable insights for leadership
• Analyze financial data and highlight key trends and risks to senior management

Your Profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s/MBA a plus)
• Professional experience in finance or accounting (e.g., as a Financial Analyst or Accountant)
• Minimum basic knowledge of German tax law
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities
• Proficient in financial tools and systems (e.g., Excel, SAP, Power BI)
• Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal
• Perfect written and spoken English language
• Advanced German skills are a plus
