Financial Analyst (m/w/d) - Channel

IHRE NEUE STELLE

Analysen finanzieller und anderer wirtschaftlicher Kennzahlen zur Unterstützung effizienter und profitabler Aktivitäten der mehr als 30 Vertriebs- und Service-Niederlassungen
Durchführung komplexer Finanzanalysen, um genaue und zeitnahe finanzielle Informationen und Auswertungen bereitzustellen, die zur Entwicklung von Geschäftsstrategien und -taktiken verwendet werden
Bereitstellung von analytischen und faktenbasierten Informationen zur Performance des Sales-Channels sowie zur Hervorhebung von Trends einzelner Vertriebs- und Service Niederlassungen
Benchmarking der Performance finanzieller und anderer wirtschaftlicher Kennzahlen des globalen Sales Channels
Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung von Business Cases
Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Policies und Guidelines

DAS BRINGEN SIE MIT

Abgeschlossenes Studium mit wirtschaftswissenschaftlichem Schwerpunkt (z. B. BWL, Finance, Controlling o. ä.)
Mindestens 3-5 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in einem internationalen Industrieunternehmen mit globalen Vertriebsgesellschaften
Gute Kenntnisse in SAP-Modulen, z. B. FI, CO, BW sowie in Power BI und Excel
Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Wertschätzung unterschiedlicher Perspektiven und Kulturen und deren Beitrag zum Unternehmen
Aktives Lernen durch Experimentieren, insbesondere beim Umgang mit neuen Herausforderungen und Analysetools
Sehr gute mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Talent für Storytelling

YOUR NEW POSITION

Business analysis to support efficient and profitable activities of the more than 30 Sales & Service Subsidiaries
Perform complex financial analysis to provide accurate and timely financial information and analysis for use in the development of business strategies and tactics
Provide analysis and fact-based information about channel performance overall and highlight subsidiary specific trends
Benchmarking financial performance and other key metrics of the global Distribution Channel
Support in developing business cases
Contribute to the development and delivery of policies and guidelines

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

• Degree in Accounting/Finance/Controlling
• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably experienced in an international organization with global sales subsidiaries
• Good knowledge of SAP modules, e.g. FI, CO, BW as well as Power BI and Excel
• Very good written and spoken English
• Recognizing the value that different perspectives and cultures bring to an organization
• Actively learning through experimentation when tackling new problems
• Very good verbal communication skills and 'story telling'
• Strong sense of responsibility, loyalty, and confidentiality
