KLA is well known for its high-performing business model which routinely produces significant profit margins and revenue. Key to supporting KLA business is the finance team that partners with corporate and global business organizations to provide expertise and guidance for developing and executing sound business models and practices. The Finance organization consists of operations and corporate finance teams. The operations finance team influences business decisions by gathering the best available operations information, distilling it and making recommendations to our management team on the best course of action. The corporate team provides a broad range of services, such as financial planning, corporate accounting, tax, industry analysis and benchmarking, internal audits, SEC reporting and merger and acquisition support.

In dieser Rolle übernimmst Du eigenständig verantwortungsvolle und abwechslungsreiche operative und projektbezogene Aufgaben in der Finanzbuchhaltung:

• Selbstständige Betreuung des operativen Tagesgeschäfts mit Fokus auf Kreditorenbuchhaltung, Zahlungsverkehr und Anlagenbuchhaltung.
• Aktive Mitwirkung bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen inkl. Rückstellungen und Rechnungsabgrenzungen.
• Abstimmung, Analyse und Überwachung von Bilanzkonten.
• Erstellung gesetzlich vorgeschriebener Meldungen und statistischer Reports.
• Datenaufbereitung für Wirtschafts- und Steuerprüfungen sowie souveräne Beantwortung von Prüferanfragen.
• Mitarbeit an finanzinternen sowie funktionsübergreifenden Optimierungs- und Digitalisierungsprojekten in einem internationalen Umfeld.

Das solltest Du mitbringen:

• 3–5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung, idealerweise in einem internationalen Konzern.
• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, gerne mit Zusatzqualifikation (z. B. Bilanzbuchhalter:in).
• Sehr gute Praxiskenntnisse in SAP R/3 oder SAP S/4HANA.
• Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft 365 (insb. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote und Outlook) sowie modernen Tools wie Teams/Zoom, Copilot, DocuSign, oder Adobe.
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und praxiserprobtes Englisch.
