• Program Management: Support the execution and optimization of talent development programs
• Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment of talent initiatives
• Account Management: Act as a Key Account Manager for a specific executive segment, ensuring engagement with HR tools and programs
• Data Analysis: Use data and insights to assess the effectiveness of talent programs

A convincing background

• Professional qualifications: Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field
• Professional experience: Work experience in talent strategy, learning & development or HR technology
• Specific expertise: Familiarity with talent management software and platforms & Experience in working with various stakeholders
• What sets you apart: Strong analytical and relationship-management skills
• Language skills: Fluent in English, German is a plus
