Your tasks and responsibilities

• Maintain and control a proper MG planning for ADS' 2024-2025 Strategic Projects. Maintain the traceability in the associated databases with the required data analysis and reporting.
  
• Implement/manage a rolling MG 'PM Assessment' calendar and dashboard, focusing on the Platinum, Gold and Strategic Projects.
  
• Prepare regular MG planning department meetings
  
• Support Stakeholder Management on MG related subjects e.g. contact Chairpersons, Project Managers, Bid-, and Campaign Managers to collect MGs data.
  
• Support communication with Project Managers and MG Stakeholders to push the adherence to the MGs process and collect improvements.
  
• Provide regular reporting to higher management.
  
• Maintain a reporting template and propose improvements for the 'Manage Programme Maturity Gates' governance and the department's own Way of Working.
  

Desired skills and qualifications

• You are an enrolled full time student (d/f/m) within Computer Science, Business and Economics, Project Management, Engineering science or similar field of study •
  
• You have a deep Knowledge on Microsoft Windows/Google applications standard tool with high skills in Microsoft “Excel/Google Sheet and “Access database” with VBA (Visual Basic for Application) •
  
• Languages: English fluent is mandatory, German and/ or French or Spanish or Italian would be a plus
  
• You are a good team player, have excellent communication skills, and are able to work independently.
