Your day might start with a stand-up and coffee with your team, continue with discussions on inspiring change alongside talented colleagues, and include meetings with senior client management. You'll wrap up with a team retrospective to reflect on insights. Expect a balanced mix of individual work and collaboration in a hybrid model, with occasional travel to locations like Berlin or Erlangen to stay close to clients and deliver innovative assurance services.
How You'll Make an Impact

• Anticipate future risks as part of SE's agile, innovative internal audit team.
• Act as a change agent by contributing to forward-looking, business-critical projects.
• Perform data analyses to identify risks early in the audit planning stage.
• Complete audit engagements in coordination with the Director, applying analytical skills to uncover root causes and business impact.
• Take ownership of assigned audit tasks by understanding process flows, risks, and consequences of observations.
• Conclude and document findings, participate in closing meetings, and define mitigating actions with management.

What You Bring

• Digitally minded operational or financial professional with strong academic background (accounting, finance, engineering, IT, business administration, legal, or equivalent); CA, ACCA, CPA, CIA, MBA or Data Analytics degree a plus
• Long-term proven professional experience in a multinational enterprise, Big4 accounting firm, or consulting
• Proven expertise in at least one key area: Accounting, Data Analytics, Project Management, Supply Chain, or Strategy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and ideally German
• Great teammate with results orientation and potential to grow into leadership roles at Siemens Energy
• Commitment to continuous learning and willingness to travel globally (up to 50%).
