For the department Technical Systems, you will take a key role in shaping a newly established organization that drives technical excellence across our operations. You will lead specialist teams in Mechanical, Automation, and Electronics, and build a new Logistics team that sets standards across three regions.
This position offers you the opportunity to create structures from the ground up, bring clarity to complex processes, and foster a culture of collaboration and trust. You will work closely with the Head Operations, ensuring technical integrity and operational performance go hand in hand.

The Field Operations DC unit executes field operations including maintenance, overhaul, and small projects for offshore and HVDC assets. It manages asset data, documentation, and standardized DC engineering services. The unit plans and oversees operations & maintenance, monitors assets, manages faults, and ensures technical and organizational readiness of new assets. It continuously improves maintenance and logistics strategies and provides detailed engineering expertise to support other execution units.
